Emerge NNY is a summit for young professionals organized by the Watertown Jaycees and held annually since 2006.  The core principles of Emerge NNY are to:

Encourage creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and innovation in the North Country,

Empower those who wish to impact the direction in which the area advances,

Embolden those who don’t believe that they have a voice,

Excite young professionals who live and work in the Northern New York region,

Enact a new way of thinking about what we as young professionals can accomplish in our community.
